]]>There comes a day in our lifetime when we Nepali must choose a path that will decide the future of our country.
Today, we are at the cross-roads and must make a choice: Do we unite Nepali of all ages, ethnic groups and beliefs to transform Nepal into a shining beacon of humanity? Or, do we accept Nepal as a failed nation?
Our common sense tells us, “It is our right to live free in a Nepal ruled by law.” Therefore, it is our responsibility to rise against anyone who restricts us from our non-negotiable rights. Should Nepal’s rulers withhold us from our rights, it becomes our duty to organize ourselves to protect our rights. Standing up for these rights ensures that our government always remains a servant of us citizens, never our master.
Our constitution is our right! Timely delivery of constitution is non-negotiable. Each day we delay this, countless Nepali die inside and outside the country because of Nepal’s failed system. Millions of Nepali are forced to take extreme measures to survive. Many leave the country. Those who stay behind face the harsh realities of absence of law, pervasive criminal corruption, lawlessness and denial

]]>Because politics in Nepal has become a career profession. And when a “nation-service” becomes a “career profession”, the country goes down the drain. (As you might have noticed).
Yes this idea sounds controversial but It is exactly the medicine I am prescribing for Nepal. Politics should never be the full-time profession for any Nepali. A politician has to find an alternate way to sustain themselves if they want to engage in Nepal. Politics should be simply what it is: altruistic nation service.
Why should all Nepali politicians become entrepreneurs (or at-least self-employed)?
That’s because most Nepali politicians are very corrupt.
Why are they corrupt ?
Thus, they become career politicians.
So Why don’t just we pay them more salary instead of asking them to

]]>They wear you down !
Lets say, you have been victimized. So you launch a hunger strike or agitation or a pressure campaign for your demands to be addressed. In Nepal, your opponents (political forces, government etc) will wait till the last moment and then they promise you something they know they are not capable of delivering. Then they come to you amid-st huge media attention and declare that they have gladly addressed the demands. Everyone (media, your supporters, public) thanks them for helping solve the problem they started.
After assuming that this case has been settled now, your supporters and media attention now shifts to someone else with a new exciting cause. You yourself feel confident your demands are very close to be met. You get taken to meet a few high flying people in the government or political force/organization/party/alliance. You feel your cause is getting due attention. More promises follow. But as time passes slowly you realize this negotiation is just a stalling tactic. You realize that you will have to compromise your demands a bit, because that
