Why “not” Nepal?

Hello!

My name is Ujwal. (ooze-wol). I write here to share my experiences about social entrepreneurship in Nepal, ghetto entrepreneurship, start ups in Kathmandu, wrenching successes, happy failures, ethics (and lack of) and a long windy, curvy trip towards trying to create a positive presence here, in Nepal.

Here’s my ideas about a youth led Nepal. Here is the manifesto.

I am deeply involved with technology and excited on its positive implications on humanity. I am also the founder and director of Digital Max solutions, a south Asian offshore website developer team and an online solutions provider based in Nepal (north of India) for 6 years now. Our clients range from multi-nationals from Australia to Internet companies in USA.

I am interested in travel. So I am also the founder of exoticbuddha.com, a innovative travel information portal with more than 2000 travel articles and helpful answers on traveling in Nepal.. Check it out if you want to travel to/in Nepal!

In the last year, i have been busy in numerous new startups and experimental ventures.dmslist.com, a job listing portal for Nepal and North India. and utilizing my farming roots, I am trying to jump-start Shangrilacoffee.com, an organic coffee farm and traders in western Nepal.
